Hard Drive case

I've been messing around with Windows Home Server and I'm at around 11 hard drives, soon to be expanded to 15. I had a YY cube case for a few years, but even that's not big enough to hold all of the drives without getting a few 5.25" converters, and I'm not finding anything that's relatively cheap. The best I could find was a 5 drive holder that takes up 3 bays for $25 plus shipping. $75 is more than I would want to spend (plus I'd still have to find a case to hold them.)

Has anyone build a hard drive tower, and if so, what did you use? I'm wondering if I could somehow use angle iron or something similar and just hook up a few 120mm fans. I couldn't imagine I'd wind up spending more than $20 in parts. I half think about breaking out the LEGO blocks and creating something. Anyone have any ideas?
