Hard Drive Allocation Decisions

If I have a 74gig raptor, 74gig raptor and a 250gig 7200rpm sata,
where should these 4: OS, apps/programs, files, and pagefile.sys go for an ideal/optimal system? why?

OS pagefile and games should all be on raptors

the SATA should be used for utility programs that dont need speed (firewall virus scanner ect) and storage

I was thinking of putting OS on raptor 1 (partition 1), pagefile on same raptor 1 (partion 2), all apps on raptor 2 and then all files on the 250gig

I was thinking of leaving the 250gig free of .exe's, just storage for word files, videos, music and other projects.
