Hi

I was looking for a simple tool to test the speed of a USB 3.0 port and came across CrystalDisk/CrystalDiskInfo. Ran it and found out that one of my drives has Caution health status. Should I be worried?

Edit: I cant seem to be able to post attachments for a screen shot so I will list down the yellowed areas:

C5 Current Sector Pending Count: Current 195, Worst 195
C6 Uncorrectable Sector Count : Current 198, Worst 195

Its a WD Green 1.5TB, WD15EARS, power on hours are just under 15000 hours.

I have have a WD Black (WD1001FALS) thats like a year older than the green one, which I bought in 2009. Its power on hours are just above 19000 but its health is good.

Yes, I would be worried. Make sure all the data on that drive is backed up, and shop for a replacement.

As was said, backup ASAP, and if you can, RMA the HD.
While you could do a format, that might "fix" the problem for a bit, but sooner or later, you will have the exact same issue, with only more bad sectors, or even worse issues, like having a dead HD.
