Hard Disk and Case Compatibility Issue

Someone, in another AT forum, recommended to me a solution for a USB-powered external, portable hard disk that seems quite elegant.

He recommended that I use this 2.5" note book hard drive: Western Digital Scorpio 2.5" Notebook Hard Drive and with this enclosure: SABRENT SBT-EKU25 Aluminum 2.5" USB2.0 External Enclosure .

Seemed like a good idea until I noticed that the interface for the hard disk is ATA-6 and the internal interface of the enclosure is IDE.

My question is will these two work together?

Or, do I need a hard disk with an IDE (or IDE Ultra ATA100) interface? Perhaps something like this: Seagate Momentus 2.5" Notebook Hard Drive ?

Thank you for your attention and your anticipated replies.
