Not sure how hot this is but I saw this cordless drill for 9.99 with tax s/h came to 19.71. s/h and tax kinda hurts. depending on your state it can make a difference on both. I am in california and there are several harbor frieght stores here. Their calling it a drill master If anyone has heard of this how good is it? link They had a few other items but if you have a store near you it may save some money to just go there. I have one near me so I am going to check it out tomorrow.

I have never heard of the brand so I can't comment on the quality but I have not seen a keyed chuck on a cordless drill in a long time. This is really an inconvenience if you have to change bits a lot. It also doesn't say anything about a spare battery or case as you get with more expensive drills. So if you want to do a lot with this drill, I suggest getting a better one. Having two batteries and more power can be invaluable.

But I can say it is a good post since this is really cheap for a cordless drill.

went to the store with a printout of the web site, and got a very similiar 9.6 volt with keyless chuck for $9.99!

i got this one in-store for 14.99 it was on a sale flier
linky <- fixed link-- gotta love the keyless chuck
its a lil slow maxs at 500rpm and bat charger isnt auto
you have to turn it off in 4 hours when u think the batt's
charged but for what id use it for its fine
