To clarify, is this second ad containing only items in the first ad, that will remain on sale after the 12th, or are there new items too, and if so, are both ads' sale prices good concurrently?

Also, page 4 of the ad only shows a few Harbor Freight locations, not the one near me... anyone know if these sale prices are good nationwide?

The previous ad is there so that people can look at it, nothing beyons that. I just scan the ads, I have no clue about effective dates or anything
