Happy Wound! Edit: (Scratch, actually)

I bought a crappy projector. It'll be here soon, so I needed to piece together a screen of some sort. I went to Salvation Army and found an OLD SCHOOL tripod style 4'X4' screen for $2.99! Good enough for temporary use. I also found a HUGE blackout shade. This may work better, it may not. It was only $1.50.

Anyhow, I was setting up the old projector screen, and the telescoping rod fell with great velocity and slammed into the crook of my thumb and finger. It friggen hurt and bled quite a bit. But it was worth it when I saw that it stamped a happy face! 🙂

Yup. It is just a scratch... And those were the best pics I could get with one hand, and the conversion to bbzzdd didn't help... I'll try to touch them up later...

i was hoping for something more dramatic.

on new years eve, i managed to burn my left hand. i have a large (1"x1.5") blister on the back of my thumb, popped, all surface skin taken off and covered with gauze. i have another small(.5"x1") blister on my forefinger, unpopped, covered with a bandage.

seeing this and calling it a wound pisses me off 🙁

I've still got a zigzag scar in the webbing between my fore and middle finger from when a section of sheet metal vent slipped and cut me when I reflexively tried to catch it. It is definitely a very painful experience.
