Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Indeed, happy thanksgiving everybody! I had to work yesterday afternoon and didn't get to spend the day with family. Tonight I'm gorging myself like I should have done yesterday, and tomorrow I'm going to spend some time with family. A little messed up, but as long as I get a few mashed potatos I don't really care.

I told her i was sorry, i goofed up,thinking they had left without me,
I should have called her before i left to go meet them, doh!

I am going to be having some chicken legs,for supper/dinner.

I was supposed to have turkey with my Mom,at some restaurant,was supposed to ride with,
Mom,stepdad,and one sister,and her b/f;was told be there at Noon,or a little before;
when i got to Moms house,the car was gone,i figured they had left.
{its a 25-35 min drive south from my home to Mom's}

I drove back home,was 1 mile from my house when the cell phone rang.
"where are you?"
I am almost home,where are you,Mom?

"We are waiting here for you!"

I said,uh,i was at your house at Noon,exactly,and your car was gone,the garage door was up,empty.

"I went and picked up sis,and her b/f".

If i had tried to go back,they would have all been late for the reservations,as it was a 30-40 min.
drive further south,from Moms......
I told her I am sorry,please go without me. ... doh!
