sweet. have you only done this method, or have you tried low and slow also? wondering which makes the turkey come out better. and do you baste while roasting?

my usual method is low and slow with two bastings

High then low works better.

You get a crispy exterior and juicy interior. You should definitely baste.

Turkey's in the oven. Cranberries are in the fridge. Giblets are cooling. Corn meal is ground and will follow the turkey into the oven. I will learn to make a new pie this afternoon.
