The audience is expected to provide all of the "special effects." As is traditional, when Haman's name is said, the audience must make as much noise as possible. In addition to drowning out Haman's name, the audience also sits by armed with popcorn and confetti. Nor have I. The closest I've seen is throwing candy at the Bar Mitzvah boy...

I got hit in eye with a hard candy at my Bar Mitzvah.
Freaken kids were aiming at me.

At the rip age of 13, I was industrious enough to use my Talet as a shield! I kid you not.

Purim Sameah is what would be said. Purim Tov means "good purim", purim Sameah means "happy Purim". It's what is used.
