Awesome, the math department usually has a big spread of Pi food for lunch. I'm going to snoop.

pi, one of my favorite numbers of all time.

When I was working in the welding field, I used pi on an almost daily basis.

OP, I'm disappointed because you only typed 3 digits of Pi ...

Useless info: back in school (in Colombia)we used 3.1416 for our calculations. Most schools in NYC, (or the USA) use 3.14.

Actually that was today's date.

When we were in school we also used 22/7 for pi. We didn't have fancy calculators we used slide rules and Curtas. I still have mine. :biggrin:

We used 3.1415926536. Calculators were already accurate to the 10th digit during the early '70s. :hmm:

So will it be celebrated at March 14 '15 at 09:26:54 too? :confused:
