Great to see WW.

Don't think Floss should be allowed back in. What he did definitely deserved a lifetime banishment, and even if it didn't, I can't imagine the circus it'd create with all the folks getting after him.


And how did I miss whatever PCResources did? He was a pompous ass, as I recall.
 
He did more than just lie and betray the trust of a bunch of faceless net-dwellers. He personally sat face-to-face in real freakin life and fscked with the emotions of a great guy and long-standing member of AT (a dude who's probably too cool to hang Dfloss out to dry)

 
The sick son of a beach must be eating this up, all he ever cared about is being the center of attention. Gone nearly a year and he gets this tribute....... sad.
 
I had some good conversations with Denis in the past. He fscked up. I know he regrets what he did. That being said I forgive him, because if I do not then I am not ok with myself.

It seems to me that if the person most injured by Denis's charade (i.e. WombatWoman) can forgive him, everybody else can, too.

Those of you who are still nursing grudges are perhaps not mature enough to have learned what grudges eat.

I am not in any way defending him. Now while what he did was so so wrong, I do believe he honestly was sorry. And I do believe him when he said it just got carried away. But I don't blame him for the all the hurt feelings. And I'll tell you why. While I am a believer in developing friendships online, too many people get too deep. This incident exposed that. You should never get to involved online unless you know that person in THE FLESH. The disgust I can understand but the hatred I can't. I have taken the time to meet with a few people from here. I know they are real. So I can invest more of my feelings for those people online cause I know them. As far as really knowing who people really are online I think is for the most part impossible. This is where things get carried away.
 
Although I hadn't been here long at the time this all went down, I do remember him and "the incident".
I'm sure he has suffered enough over the whole deal.

There were at least two threads posted wishing WombatWoman a happy birthday, and they were promptly deleted. Then there was also the Anandtech Official Horse's Ass Mod who changed her status to "Dead Mother."

And now there's a thread about a human turd like Dennilfloss wishing him a happy birthday, and it's still hanging around.

What a crock. This makes me sick.
