Hansol 19" TFT H950

Hi!

This screen is on a offer for ~$600 here in Sweden, wich is more or less 200 bucks less than any other 19" TFT, like the Samsung 191T.

Well, do you think it's a good LCD? Hansol for me is cheap stuff.. but I don't know.

Thank you for your reply -- but:

Unfortunately I live in Sweden.. and I don't think dell.COM want to send their stuff over here 😉 And currently there are no discounts on TFTs at dell.SE (if those coupons doesn't work in Sweden of course.. heh) 🙁

We don't get coupon codes and all the other rebates over here. The most we can hope is that they double the ram and throw in a free dvd/cdrw. If things get really hot, they throw in a 15" lcd. I'm (a, lol - tired) danish btw.


Anyway back to the question. Tough choice, but if you check it out and you like it, then there is no problem. But Hansol, I would rather settle for a quality brand 17" then. How much does it cost in swedish kroners?

You can try and check Geizhals, which is a german price comparison engine, and see if you can get a cheap 19" down there. You don't need to pay toll, vat or anything else. That is unless you got some crazy laws over there.

In SEK the screen costs 5695SEK, which is a hell of a good price. I know that it isn't the best monitor on earth, that is why I asked you guys 😛 And this is on komplett.se so I can't take a look on it myself.

Based on the specs and images of the H950, it is a rebranded Samsung 191T, which is a pretty nice LCD monitor, and is possibly the best looking monitor (bezel-wise) on the market today. For that price, I would go for it.

But I want to be sure it's a relabeled 191T before I go and buy it..

x3m, did U find out if the H950 WAS a relabeld Samsung or not. According to the spec they look similar but not exactly the samt (physical mesure and look). Now U can get this display even cheaper ;-) Bump for this interesting question. Did U Buy it?
