I could only find a driver for the 194D and I have the HU196D, but I'm using the one for the 194 and so far, no problems.

Is it okay to peel off the upc and one of the many serial number stickers, stick in on the form and send it in?
Or do we need to include some cardboard as indicated by someone?
Not really looking forward to cutting that tough cardboard.

The $100 rebate has not been updated yet, but I just talk to PCconn cust serv and it will be updated by tomorrow. ("they'er workin on it") I ordered this one for a relative by phone.
