Have regular hardwood floors that have taken some small scratches from a chair. Is there some sort of product I can buy to fill in these without having to sand down and refinish?

Lowe's, Home Depot, etc. have various things to help with it. I've used this putty that you can mold into the scratches, smooth it out and then sand it away and stain if you want. It works well for cracks as well. They also have these pencils that you can use to just color away the very light scratches. That also works well.

If you have more elaborate scratches you might need to sand it down a little to smooth out the edges and then proceed as normal.

Short answer, no.

While some products may claim to do this, my experience is that they aren't worth the time it takes to re-do if the client doesn't like it.
