Handwriting transcriber software

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could recommend to me a good handwriting transcriber software for windowsXP.
Microsoft's transcriber software only works for PocketPCs. I am currently trying out OneNote 2003 for winxp and i would like to know if there is a way of transcribing my handwriting into text.
I am not able to do it directly in OneNote since I am not running Windows Tablet PC.
