Did a search on visor and visor neo, did not find a thread on it. first post, be kind

on the OM website the Handspring Visor Neo (Smoke color) is advertised as $99.98 before instant rebate, but you cant buy it online because it is out of stock (actually i called and they said it was discontinued). At B&M it is advertised as $149.98 before $50 instant rebate, have them PM the price online.

so..
$99.98 (after PM)
- 50.00 (after instant rebate)
____________
$49.98 + tax

the item number is 20081055 but you wont find it if you search with item number, so search "visor neo", the style # is for the smoke colored one so you can only buy the smoke colored one

as with all PM YMMV
 
Umm...$149 - $50 IR is the same as $99 so I doubt they will give you another $50 off.

yah, got 5, only works at B&M, have B&M pm web price, web price says $99.98 before instant rebate



the product is not available but the price is still listed on the website if you search "visor neo", and it does say 99.98 before instant rebate
 
Worked for me...

I spiced it up a bit though by adding Staples 10off40 coupon. So, the total was $99.98 - $50 IR - $10 COUPON = $39.98 + tax.
 
They seem to be gone from the website? OfficeMax, you say?

Is there a part number on it?

OK, so I go to OfficeMax and price match it to Target; (49.94 - $50 IR@OfficeMax) and get paid .06 for taking it from them.........COOL

 
You can give it a try but I seriously doubt they're gonna give it to you for free.

I'm sure they'll call Target to verify the price and you have to hope the Target employee doesn't say it's a clearance item.
 
What are the mechanics of getting this Visor Neo for $50?

I have a printout from the web indicating a price of $100 BEFORE instant rebate.

But I don't have anything to show them what the amount of that instant rebate should be.

I am imagining that it is done as follows: (1) Have them match the price, (2) When they ring it up, the $50-off-instant-rebate is AUTOMATICALLY taken off of that $100.

Is this right, or do you have to somehow prove to them the amount of the instant rebate, so that they can enter it manually?

I'd appreciate your help, fellas!

Kyutip, it's off the web-site.

Unless you printed a copy of the price on the web site before they pulled it, I'm afraid you're out of luck.

Those who did print a copy are trying to get a brick and mortar to honor the online price.

Went to officemax w/ printout. But since there is no IR amount on it, they called their online center and told me it's just a misprint. No neo for me. 🙁
