They have the forms at your local CompUSA in case you dont want to print them out

I too bought a Handspring Visor Deluxe, from Staples .. excellent deal, with all those rebates ... Thanks to you guys ...
Now I have to apply for the MIR ... But, I found three different barcodes on the box. Which one exactly is the UPC symbol, which is to be sent to Handspring? and where is the sl. no. ?...
