If regular people can be fined for parking in handicapped spaces, handicapped people should be fined for using regualr parking spaces, since there are ALWAYS handicapped spaces available, and if they're taking up regular spaces then they're making it that much more difficult for everyone else to get parking.
And no, I don't park in handicapped spots. The fine is like $250.
The handicapped spaces where I work are almost always full..there aren't many of them at all.
