Handheld question

I bought a Dell Dimension 4300 for my sister in law (insert stupid rehashed "dude you're getting a dell" joke here) for Christmas and got a free Palm M105 with it. She said I can keep it but I know nothing about handheld stuff. So should I keep it or get another Palm or iPaq or whatever else is out there? I don't want to spend too much since the M105 is only like $150 and I doubt I could get more than that for it.
