Hand soap at fast food places...

have you guys ever noticed how at the fast food places like the hand soap (they don't give you a normal bar of soap, lol) is always like all watery and barely has any soap in it.

have any of you guys ever noticed that? i wonder if that's the way the soap is or if they water it down so they conserve money

any ideas/comments?

I don't go to restrooms in fast food places. Period. So I really wouldn't know

All I have ever seen is non-watered down. It is like the kind of soap that liquid dial is.

Delusion2001It might be that they are just trying to be economical by watering down the soap... they get a less dense soap... but they also save a lot by substituting it with water... not exactly the best method... but it works better than just normal water

TonyG - I agree... sometimes I see the watered down soap, and sometimes i see the nice thick liquid dial... both work find, I just usually want my food when I'm there anyway

I judge any restaurant by first checking out the restrooms ,and if they're disgusting I run not walk out of there.

at the hospital near me (well the dr. offices connected to it) the bathrooms have non-watery soap but it has al lthese little white flakes in them that are really weird and abrasive...i cant stand when i have to use it...

the best soap is the alcohol based antibacterial stuff that you don't need to rinse off.

Some places don't even have any soap.

Try this one out:

I went to a Dairy Queen in 1992 to wash my hands. I was wearing a ring and took it off. I washed my hands and noticed a slight tingling. Some moron had peed in the soap! ARRGHH!!! Of course I just rinsed all I could and left to wash elswhere. To really make it interesting I forgot my ring! I came back 20 mins later and it was gone. :|
