....I think I watched some 2 or 3 hours of this same guy rebuilding a Testarossa that he harvested from a junk yard? He completely rebuilt the engine in his garage, doing his own milling when he needed to. I think it's the same guy, he's very familiar.

there's a guy based in austin, texas who does handbuilt vehicle work - i think more for racecars? the cost is in the "if you have to ask, you can't afford it" range
