I want to get some stationary bike time in tonight, but my hamstrings are a little tight from last night and I can't seem to loosen them up. I just do the standard sitting down and touching your toes, as well as standing up and touching toes. What are some good stretches to loosen these bad boys up?

Also maybe you can walk on the treadmill for like 5 minutes to warm your legs up first.

Stretching isn't going to help with soreness. Eating enough, sleeping well, and active recovery will help for tomorrow's soreness. Really though, stretching is going to make you more sore since it's just inducing more damage to the muscle.

This. In fact, there's little evidence that stretching does anything beneficial at all.

Well, that is, besides increase both passive and active range of motion through adaptations to the connective tissue and muscle sarcomeres. Stretching is useful for preventing injuries, but it definitely doesn't reduce soreness.
