Right. Try reading your own link next time:

Does Hamas take steps to avoid civilian casualties at all? No. In fact it delierately targets them.

So not only was the use of cluster bombs in contravention of orders NOT to use them, but the IDF conducted an inquiry to see if a court martial was in order. Why? Because the IDF recognized that cluster bombs put civilians at unnecessary risk. Does Hamas have such moral limitations? No. They use any means at their disposal to DELIBERATELY put civilians at risk.

Summing up, you have proven condition 1. You haven't proven condition 2 (it occurred against orders to the contrary), condition 3 (while it negligently harmed civilians, the attack was targeting the site of a rocket launch, which Israel's enemies deliberately plant in populated areas for the inevitable PR nightmare to follow), or condition 4 (this happened 4 years ago.)

Try again.

you don't get it - israel is always wrong.

what, hamas deliberately installs rocket launchers near civilian areas to deter attack?

no, that doesn't phase flavio.

what, hamas dresses up as civilians to fool israeli soldiers, and putting legitimate civilians lives at risk?

no, flavio isn't bothered by those sorts of things.

what, hamas hijacks international red cross vehicles and uses them for an attack?

etc...etc...etc..

there is nothing outrageous about israel's code of conduct.

in fact, in compares rather favorably...to....well, everyone else.

perhaps if we treated our enemies like israel we wouldn't be killing 10,000 annually.

I don't submit to your conditions. OMG 4 years ago!

Israel routinely targets civilians with bombs and bullets and destroy civilian property.

Now I certainly don't condone the targeting of civilians by either side but logically I do have to wonder how you would handle things.

Imagine you're a Palestinian and for whatever hypothetical good reason you needed to strike back at Israel. Purely thinking in terms of military strategy, how do you do it?

You've got no jets or tanks to speak of or other sophisticated weapons. While Israel has all of this. What's your plan?

Straw man. I think Israel is sometimes wrong.

what, hamas deliberately installs rocket launchers near civilian areas to deter attack?

no, that doesn't phase flavio.

no, flavio isn't bothered by those sorts of things.

More straw man arguments. I don't approve of any of that.

It's like all you're arguments are straw man or ad homs lately. You want maybe switch things up and just use reason?

there is nothing outrageous about israel's code of conduct.

We know you feel Israel is superior to America. I'm just wondering, are you one of those hasbara/megaphone people?

do you even know what a strawman is?

Yes, it's when you misrepresent someone else's position and then argue against the fake position. Like when you lied below...

"what, hamas deliberately installs rocket launchers near civilian areas to deter attack?

no, that doesn't phase flavio.
