Halo release date (ever?)

Does anyone know when this game is gonna be released for pc. Will it ever or is Microshaft... oops I mean Microsoft only going to release it for X-Box?
 
As far as I konw the release date is November of this year. As for the platform, I really doubt MS will make it x-box only. However, PC version make come out later, and may have insane hardware requirements.
 
There isnt a firm release date yet, but I am guessing probably Q4 2001, because, I think, Microsoft plans to launch Halo with X-BOx, and Q4 is when the X-Box is supposed to come out, supposedly
 
And, just so that you know, Halo is still scheduled to be released as a PC title along with the X-Box version.
 
I'm guessing that they'll hold it and buff it up until X-Box launches and they'll do simultaneous PC and Mac launches.
