I really dont understand why people hate on Halo... I think its either b/c theyre PS3 fans or b/c its backlash at its popularity.

No one ever said anything about the Halo universe was the best at anything. It just ties together so much so well that it just really works. Halo 2 was a let down IMO, but it didnt detract from the appeal of the story. I suggest reading the books, its a really good story.

halo 3 limited and legendary edition....well if you didn't preorder, good luck getting it!

The only time you ever had to worry about shortages for games was when they were still in cartridge form that actually took some time/resources to assemble. With disc based media they can stamp out the games so easily.

A good example is all the "must have" titles for the Wii, none were ever a problem to get a hold of (Zelda included), the problem was getting the hardware to play the software...

i'm not saying this is your reasoning, but most the people who hate halo are the ones who tried to play multiplayer and got raped.

From what i have seen, multiplayer in H3 will be a.m.a.z.i.n.g. the possibilities for customization and game types will be endless compared to halo 2. for example, check out this vid: http://www.gametrailers.com/player/25274.html
