Everyone who develops for consoles needs to be introduced to AA.

And I agree; Halo is entirely overrated. The campaign sucks, and the online community is even worse. Actually, the online community is pretty terrible in general on Xbox Live.

What exactly do you mean by the "online community"? Such a broad generalization to be trying to make a point, don't you think?

probably that it's filled with a bunch of immature 13 year olds. not to say that that is true, but that's most likely what people would complain about

I figured that's what you would say. Because PC's are FAR from being rid of this problem also. It's just that Live has the joys of having voice chat built-in to all games, therefore it's something that most everyone uses.
Can you tell me that you really have never played a PC game online where someone quit the game early, or where someone cursed up a storm in the text chat box, or ever played Counter-Strike where people thought it was funny to spray porn tags on the walls, or ever played a Battlefield game where players were killing their own teammates constantly just so they could fly the plane, or ever played a WoW game where a high-level player thought it to be funny to just kill low-level players randomly on a PvP server, or.....................well, I could go on and on.
Every online community has it's assholes, bigots, and retards. It's just that Live has the advantage of standardizing voice chat and making it very easily available to everyone. You don't have to listen to anyone you don't want to, making it that much better. Hell, the Live community is no different than the community here at Anandtech, or any other internet community. Most people are good sports and good to play with/converse with, but you still have that population who take advantage of the anonymity of the internet and show their true colors.
