Actually november 9th is the official release date, and overstock ships media mail, so only order it if you can wait 8-14 days for your game

I was gonna mention this also, I'm pretty sure there isn't going to be a shortage of copies available when this hits store shelves, but this might be a good price...
 
Halo 2 comes out november 9th at almost all stores that i have checked and there is a limited edition

version for 5 bucks more (so $55.99 i think). It comes with an extra dvd with the making of the game

and other things.
