Ok, Halloween will be here in a few months. Me and my friend were looking to do something different than just staying in town this year. I want to know, what is THE best place/city to go to to party for Halloween? I'm looking to have an awesome time and to get to know some ladies

How has no one said Salem, MA yet? Home of the witch trials. I mean I personally don't go because I think it's horrible what happened to those women. But the town is absolutely berserk on Halloween
