The blue shift cd key does work with the regular half life. You can even use it to play counter-strike. I have been using the blue shift cd key for my half life and counterstrike for the past 7 months now and it has always worked.

The Blue Shift cd key does work with Half-Life and CS.

I've heard that a Blue Shift game install won't run Mods like Counter-Strike. You need Half-Life to install CS.

IMO, Opposing Force is much better than Blue Shift (which was too short).

CompUSA sent me a copy in May with penny shipping and a $4.99 price ($5.30 in all).

Both games were fun, and even though Blue Shift was short, it felt well polished. Opp For felt unnecessarily long at times....and my hd gave up the ghost RIGHT at the end....so i never did get to see the ending.

Are these online? B&M? I went to a local Staples and the only thing they had was the Half Life Platinum collection.
