I have used them before and never noticed that... I'll buy from them more often now I know it's 2 dollars for shipping instead of 6 bucks.
For some reason I felt I had to buy at least two games at a time at 6 dollars shipping. I don't often buy two at once.
But I do buy quite often at one at a time.....LOL

i'm pretty sure it comes with cs:s but for dod- I think you might have to pay like $20 bucks for it when it comes available.
