Half Life question...

hey, this is a prety dumd q i guess, but i'm just gettin into gaming and computers here... will HalfLife: Platnum Edition run on my XP home system, even though the requirements are for 95/98/and NT 4.0?

I know my original half-life game of the year edition doesn't work on xp until I patch it...which should always be done anyway. So you should be good to go

I have the Half Life Platinum Edition completely installed on my system. The game runs silky smooth on a 9800 Pro and Windows XP with 512mb DDR333 RAM.

I can barely understand what you are asking.

I think you need to get a patch for Half Life: Platinum? Try installing the game then using the auto-update feature.
