Half-Life Initial Encounter CD

On Staples.com there's HL: Intial Encounter for $9.99.

Does anyone know if Counter-Strike will work with this edition of Half-Life? I would like a legit HL (even though I already have 50 billion unused ones).

It's a Demo, so who knows. Get the full version, you won't be disapointed. You can find it new for like $20

I'm relatively sure that mods won't work with demo versions of games. Just get the full version.
