I just finished it this morning. I'm sorry it's over. The game is great. There are a few parts that were not the best but overall it's the one of the top games of all time.

HL2 is a good shooter, nothing more. If you are expecting an advance in game design which would make you like this title more than another FPS you've played, you'll be dissapointed.

Get the original, you wil pickup in HL2 easier and you will notice some smaller details more easily.

Shouldn't this be in the software section?

half life tends to have several bundles out. im waiting for the super duper platinum bundle to come out.

but did i miss this? i wouldnt suggest getting it if ur system specs are crappo. yet they did make it able to run on some pretty generic specs.

I gotta pick this one up soon.... had it on pre-order last year (along with team fortress 2 heh) but didn't have the hardware to run it until now. I got all sorts of enjoyment out of the first. I highly recommend picking up the original for $10 or so. Was a great game and I went back and beat it multiple times. Add on to that all the expansion/online bits and you're looking at money well spent.
