Hey, it's a GREAT game, but one rather large thing, and that is loading of the game from startup, all the way through all the different phases, just takes forever. Do I need to peform a reformat or something?

 
The game runs great on my system (1.8GHz AXP, 1GB RAM, 9800 Pro)....Until I reach any pool of water which the slow the game down to a slideshow.
