Half Life 2 Mod question

I've Googled this to death, but can't seem to find anything.

Are there any Mods out there which connect Half Life 2, Episode 1, and Episode 2 into one streamline game, instead of 3 separate ones?

To what end? So you don't have to restart the game exactly twice per playthrough?

The best you can find is the unification of some maps in FakeFactory's Cinematic Mod, but each Episodes are still separate games, what you're asking hasn't been done so far and I doubt it ever will be.
