Looks good. I haven't tried their stuff since v3 a year or so ago. Good that they give you the choice of Alyx models since I absolutely cannot stand that anime-ish inspired Alyx model.

Looks good, but too bad it doesn't work properly on 32-Bit OS due to the userspace limitations.

I won't bother.

EDIT: After reading some comments its seems that it can run on 32-Bit OS'es after all. I might consider it then, but 5.3GB... for all of the Episodes and the original. I'm not sure. I liked Episode One, and Two, but the original... but the textures sure look good. The Alyx model however is a little exaggerated.

Alyx cleavage :)

I already have version 4, but this looks like a pretty big upgrade.

It's awesome. I've played through 2 versions of this mod, its like a whole new game. The textures go from like 64x64 resolution to like... 4000x4000. If you got a pc that can handle it, its downright the best mod for HL2 SP.

Looks cool, what kind of framerate hit are we talking?

EDIT: 1337's post!

Oh fuck yeah! I'm running v6 right now, so I'm going to start downloading this right away.

Thanks for the heads up!

Score, thanks for letting us know.

Defintely playing through again, even if just for Alyx's tits.

ok, how much RAM do you have? I wonder because in the notes it states they recommend at least 3 GB of RAM if not 4 GB

I have 2Gb in right now, and another two sitting on the shelf for when I need them heh. But I've had no problems with version 6 on 2Gb. I'm extracting v7 right now so I'll be back with more performance reports.

Don't forget to run the Character Pimper after you install it to enable all the HD models.

I played for about 20 minutes last night without any problems. Oddly during the install the game claimed I didn't meet the 3GB RAM requirement. (I have 4GB installed, Windows sees 3.5GB.) Wasn't an issue though.
