I have ordered many games from GoGamer and have had trouble only once... the last time I ordered. I spent $39 on a game and when it arrived it would not install. The CD must have been buggered because it gave me a specific error message a few minutes into install. I wouldn't install on either of my other 2 WinXP machines either.

So I emailed it GoGamer and they instructed me to mail it back, which I did at the cost of another $6, and now it has been 2 months and no new game or refund. I tracked the game so I know it arrived, I emailed the UPS tracking information to the rep, I argued, I pleaded, I complained. Nothing. Approximately $50 wasted as well as about $300 of my precious time.

Lesson learned. Buy your games from a retail outlet so you can return it if it doesn't install.

I've ordered many games from them and they've always been great. That's a rought deal though AmishPcFreak. I'm surprised they did not treat you better than that. I would definitely be pissed too. Sounds like it would have been time to dispute the charge on your card....

I wish Wow was cheaper. I would jump on this and get both if it was. I always wait til games go on their 48 hour sale. Even a few weeks after they are released you find most popular games at $35. I buy all my PC games here..
