This is pretty hard to pass up, but I really want the silver version off of Steam for all the extras (HL:S, CS:CZ, DOD:S, etc.).

Good price for those interested in the retail version.

I'll be PM at CircuitCity as well.

Stupid question though. I've never Price Matched before, do I need to bring in a BB flyer, or do they call them up?

Also, does CircuitCity beat BB price by 10% or just match?

Either way. bring in ad or they'll call. They should beat by 10% yes.

I did it yesterday. They had no GGCs at BB, which is fine, becuse the guy I asked said it doesn't work on PC games.

HL Source isnt worth it imo i got it, kinda sucks compared to the original, all they did was add music and some physics same low rez graphics.

Does that mean those of us who bought retail won't be able to play DOD:S when it's done?

This is not a thread crap.

Just a notice.

Some people that buy the Retail Half-Life 2 have reported issues with the "Securom" copy protection and/or the CD-Check code that Vivendi Universal has on the retail disc when attempting to play the game from a CD or DVD burner drive.

If you can get it, I personally recommend the Half-Life 2 Steam package version, since no CD-Check is performed and/or there is no Securom, since you download it via Steam.

Just a notice.

P.S. If you want to run Half-Life 2 with Texture Quality: High, you would be wise to have at least 768meg ram.
