Half-height PCI modem

A friend of mine has a small form factor Compaq that requires half-height PCI cards. He would like to put an internal modem into it. Anyone have any idea where I might be able to find such an animal?

Aside from google and pricewatch ("low profile") if you're handy with metal-cutting tools you could just mod the bracket on most any normal-height PCI modem (snip, bend, nibble out a screw hole).
