Half/Full Duplex

On the switch itself, I don't think you can since it's all autosensing. However you can change the Half/Full duplex of your network card in windows.
 
dere, thats what i meant. i remember turning it on on my NIC in a old system, but have compeltely forgotten about it. its just in the device manager for my NIC, correct?

yus, right click the network card and select properties then advanced tab.
