Half.com Problem

I sold a Biology textbook to this one girl in Seattle, WA last month in December. I shipped it on the 21st and according to the usps.com delivery confirmation, it was sent to her on the 26th of December. However, she claims that she hasn't received it yet. I gave her the usps delivery confirmation number to show her that I did indeed ship it out. But the usps tracker says that the textbook arrived in a 98177 zip code when i shipped it out to a 98133 address. Is that due to a computer glitch or did the post office person screw up? I've had problems with usps.com's delivery confirmation before... it wouldn't list the correct zip code of the place I sent my items to. But I know wrote down the correct address (I know this because the delivery confirmation receipt has the address I sent it to) so it wasn't my fault. She's now asking for a refund. What should I do?
