Yeah, I have a freakin way hairy back and absolutely hate it. I can't stand having hair on my back. But then I had a friend wax it for me because she needed the training for her job and I wanted a hair free back. It was weird to feel a shirt on my back. Normally there is a layer of hair there, so by the time I got adjusted to it, it had started growing back. Damn hair.

As for the chest, keep it. I don't mind the ole chest hair, which is a good thing since I've had it since I was 14.

I'm a hairy SOB. Chest, back, legs, arms. I could shave twice a day, but once is all that's going to happen - weekdays.

Thinning on top though. Hair everywhere but where I want it.

Those of us with Mongolian blood are hairy. Doesn't help that I also have Indian blood.

My feet aren't hairy at all, so it kinda looks like I'm wearing socks.

Lucky me, my back has mostly escaped the curse. It's hairy, don't get me wrong, but it's not furry like the rest of me, so I don't have to worry about it. Still, I don't see the point of shaving / trimming it - it's an inaccessible area, there's a lot of surface area and hair grows back. For something that's such a pain in the ass to upkeep, wouldn't waxing be better, man-card be damned?

A couple times after shaving your chest, armpit, or pubes it doesn't itch at all. I feel a lot cleaner without having hair all over the place. Definitely shave your lower back if it's hairy.

I can have Leonidas beard in two weeks, and I got hair all on my legs, chest, and nipples too ( ;< ) ; but that's coz of the 1/16th Portugese blood, I can say most (80-90%) asian are not hairy.

Had my back waxed once. I'll not be doing that again. Hurt like a mofo, felt weird for a couple weeks, then itched like mad when the hair started growing back in. Not to mention the occasional ingrown hair that would drive me nuts.
