$30 is a lot, that's for sure. One the every other month I get cut AND the blonde for 20. I don't know how they can justify 30 bucks for a trim.
 
$5 haircut + $1 tip. Good haircuts too.

downtown killeen has so many barber shops...of course because it is about 100 yards from the largest military installation in the entire world...(fort hood) 😛
 
I started going to the place across the street from me. I think I'm the only white person that goes in there, but these guys give the absolute best hair cuts I've ever had. They spend 1/2 hour or more obsessively cutting my hair - rounding off the back, blending my hair so it looks just right. The works.
They only charge $8, but I usually give the 10-12 bucks.

Sounds like one of my cuts. I'm usually in the chair for 45 mins. Get the works, style, skin fade on the side, shaved neck and an eye-brow trim every once in a while. 🙂
 
Hahaha; you're all so strange to my way of thinking.

I go to a great barber shop with a bunch of old men who talk about horses and farming and the like. It takes them about fifteen minutes (tops) and recently I've taken to asking 'em to "take a #3 to everything" (i.e. shave it all off) which takes even less time.

Barber shops are (imho) all about atmosphere, and nothing tops a bunch of old texans--as close to cowboys as you'll find anywhere.

Don't know about you, but I don't like having a unibrow. And yes, my hair grows quick, I usually get a hair cut every 3 weeks...
 
I did the last one myself for swimming, only cost as much as a few mach 3 blades and some shaving cream. Bit of razor burn though...

I get mine at Great Clips for around $13 no tip (ugly and unfriendly women) about 2-3 weeks. I need to find a good barber or hot salon chick

hey, that's actually the light bill, the tab for the facial, eyebrows, manicure,pedicure,sea salt scrub and hour long massage that I treat myself to every 3 months is much heftier !!
