Haircuts at a Salon

I have the traditional straight-and-thick hair that some/most Chinese guys do and it's impossible to really do anything with it...that said, there's plenty of ways of having it look horrible. If my wallet allows, I found a stylist I like last year and that's $26 a cut I think...about what I'd expect at a decent salon. I've been to barber shops before...and wore a hat most of the next month.

I used to date an Aveda Master Stylist who charges $75 a cut. Although she gave me nice haircuts, I can't help but think less of the masculinity of any man who would pay more than $30 for a haircut.

I used to go to salons, my wife thought I would get a better cut there. I stopped at a Supercuts in an emergency and it came out the same. So now I just go where it's easiest, and I look mahvellous.

Just my opinion, but salons are more sensitive to style. Barbers on the other hand, are just about "cut cut cut."
