Anyone else think that hair bands produced some of the best music of the last 25 years?

Bands today can't hold a candle to the bands of old like Scorpions, KISS, Cheap Trick, GnR, etc.

I agree. In that time, rock/metal was about rockin with your cock out, having fun and just writing great music. Now it seems like most musicians are just drones to producers.

There are however, bands just as good today. They aren't in the mainstream though for the most part.
