About 15 years ago I went to the Pfeiffer Treatment Center in Illinois for testing (for chronic fatigue) and the specialized treatment of vitamins/minerals/amino acids they gave me helped me feel awesome for the first month, then progressively for the next couple weeks it faded, and after 2 months it wasn't an aid at all.

For certain, specific, heavy metal toxins and some drugs it does work, yes. But it is useless as an analysis of whether one is receiving all the correct nutrients in the right amounts.
