HAHAHAHAHHAHAAA McDonald's Salad Has More Fat Than Cheeseburger

Well if all you eat when you got to a McDonalds is a single Cheeseburger or one of their Salalds and a Diet Coke you really shouldn't worry about ingesting to much fat. It's not the same as scarfing down a McLardAss Meal of a Big Mac, Large Fries and a Milkshake.

This is a typical sensationalist "Junk Science" mass media article.

The cheeseburger is 4 oz. The salads with chicken are 10 (TEN) oz + 2 oz dressing. You do the math.

One could also stake the claim that there is more fat in a whole roasted turkey than there is in a strip of bacon, but BFD.

Remember what Mark Twain said about lies and damned lies? Yeah.

There is nothing wrong with fat. Fat from food is good for you, as long as you eat it in moderation with protein and carbs. The body even needs some saturated fats.

What a stupid, pointless article. First off, there is nothing wrong with fat. Secondly, they only used the full fat dressing, not the low/nonfat stuff. Third, they compared it to the tiny cheese burger, not the quarter pounder or bigmac.

It's a sad day when even the media refuses to give McDonalds a fair shake.

I'm on the same page as everyone who thinks this article is pure drivel.

The people who write this crap need backhanded and the editors that let it pass need to be fired.
