HAHAHAHAHHAHAAA McDonald's Salad Has More Fat Than Cheeseburger

lmao

btw... since the title gives no clue about this thread's topic, I predict a repost thread in the near future.

It is the salad dressing they use that has the fat. Have you ever tasted a low fat or fat free salad dressing? They really taste horrible.

All I ever consume is lowfat or fat free dressings. Like with skim milk, you get used to it. Anybody eating a salad to lose weight and not realizing that most salad dressings are almost all fat should be hanged for stupidity.

Have you considered the health benefits of eating a salad over a cheesburger? I love how people complain about McDonalds having so much fat, but then they go off on their little "Atkins Binges" where they eat steak, cheese, milk, and any other sort of unhealthy protein they can find.

There are tons and tons of vitamins to be found in a salad with dark-green lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions.

Additionally, a salad is probably about 2 times the weight of a cheeseburger. And if you don't put dressing on it, it'll have less fat.

If you didn't already know that FRIED CHICKEN, SALAD DRESSING and CHEESE all have high fat contents, then you deserve to be fat.
Try this: McGrill Chicken, Lettuce only.
Side salad with Low Fat Vinnagrette.
Small Fruit Parfait.
Water.

Well balanced McDonald's meal.

I used to but not anymore.... you ever look at the lowfat dressings and see how much sugar they put in those! :Q

This article is complete crap. They are comparing a salad to one of those miniscule 79 cent cheeseburgers. Nobody goes in and eats just one regular hamburger as a meal. But you can eat a salad as your whole meal.

You have to get the right type. fat free italian is very low in calories. low fat honey mustard isn't 🙂

Well, the fat in salad dressings aren't trans-saturated fats, so they aren't unhealthy, they contain good fats. Low-fat and fat-free dressings container lower fats, but they are so processed and filled with sugar, how good can they be for you? They also taste like total crap. Watered down, sweet, salad dressing..ugh.

Well they're still bad if you're controlling calories...

that article is heavily biased. To be fair to McD their "Caesar salad with Chicken Premiere" is probably the most fat filled salad they have. Caesar salads are usually all dressing anyway.

Check out the nutrition info on Mcdonalds food Here the salad is second to the worse in total fat.

Well, it should still be obvious to anyone going to Mcdonalds, buy the salad over the cheeseburger. It is healthier.
