It's built into the Axis cameras. They are network cameras, plug them in, put network cable in the camera, set an ip, then view.

I was playing with this one yesterday. I tried to zoom on the license plates on the cars across the street but it gets too fuzzy. I saw a cop drive by but it was zoomed out and i couldnt read the side of it.
